We analyze our clients’ requirements and match the profile with suitable candidates from our talent pool in the Philippines. This ensures we provide a selection of qualified candidates to our clients. We are also the single point of contact for our clients and support them throughout the whole international recruitment process.
The duration varies and depend on the industry and candidate requirements. As a rule, the entire recruitment process takes between 2-12 months before the skilled worker can start working in Austria. The recruitment process can take up to 12 months if, for example, German (B1/B2) is required for the job role and the language skill must be acquired prior to starting the role.
We conduct thorough selection procedures, including pre-interviews, to ensure the qualification and suitability of the candidates we endorse to our clients.
This rarely happens, as employers interview the candidates in detail before selecting and hiring them. However, should it happen that a placed skilled worker does not meet expectations, we offer a certain period during which we will provide a replacement candidate to our clients free of charge.
Filipino skilled workers have a high level of education and are internationally valued. The first Filipino skilled workers came to Austria in the early 1980s and have since then, due to their positive work attitude, loyalty, tireless commitment and professional expertise, made a good name for themselves in Austria.
There are currently 110 shortage occupations in Austria (as of October 2024) for which a Red-White-Red Card (work visa) can be issued, so that skilled workers can be recruited from the Philippines.
